Fumé Blanc has "green flavors" of grass, green bell peppers and nettles with a slight fruit flavor, succulent floral notes and new French oak; all which balance this wine perfectly. Our Fumé Blanc, when slightly chilled, pairs well with fish or cheese. It is also known as one of the few wines that can pair well with sushi.
