Carmenere is full-bodied and deeply colored, combining some of the best qualities of the Cabernet and Merlot varietals.  Hints of blackberry, black cherry, tropical fruit, and spice are met with leather, providing a back drop to the overall aromas and flavors rounded out with soft tannins, subtle toast and vanilla.  Finished with the extraordinary double fermentation process to enhance the tobacco profile, while softening the Hungarian oak tannin, with an exceptional balance.

Pairs beautifully with dishes like grilled steak, stroganoff, blue and hard aged cheeses.
