In keeping with the traditional styles of Australian winemakers, this wine is made from the very neutral Chardonnay grapes grown in Australia and is a dry, full to medium bodied, supple white wine with a buttery finish. We think you will notice the opulent fruit, vanilla-oak and brilliant full-bodied flavors with a soft lingering finish.

This wine pairs beautifully with fish in rich or hearty sauces, lobster, chicken, turkey, ham, pasta with cream sauces, shrimp, brie cheeses, stir-fried vegetables, cream soups and vegetable stews.
