By now, you probably know that InVINtions, a Creative Winery has partnered with Chef Lucas in Vincenza, Italy, to host live Italian cooking classes, paired with InVINtions’ incredible collection of wines!

InVINtions con Italia's Initial Wine & Cooking was a HUGE Hit, so We're Continuing the Fun into May!

That’s right, if you joined us for the first experience, you know we received many, many, many (okay, most of you) requests to continue the fun with Chef Lucas. We heard you, and we are excited to announce the next round of interactive cooking and wine pairing experiences with Chef Lucas and our Head Wine Maker, Marcus!

Will this be the Same or Different from the Last Experience?

If you attended the first experience, you already know how incredible Chef Lucas is, and that remains the same. Also, the wine and the pairings will continue to be amazing. The dishes and what we learn will be different from the first experience and different every week. Did you say every week? Yes, this package includes a series of 4 experiences--one for each Sunday in May!

Wait, there are 5 Sunday's in May, and One is Mother's Day!

You're absolutely right! We are skipping the Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend (May 24). As for Mother's Day, Chef Lucas and Marcus are cooking-up an extra special experience for that Sunday. Mother's Day gift for mom? Check it off the list... we've got you covered! Buy the experience for her, or better yet, buy it to do together (either virtually or in the same kitchen).

What's Included?

Each InVINtions con Italia a Maggio package is $270, including delivery, and includes access to all 4 live classes, and a case of wine! Even more exciting, in the case, you will find bottles of a couple of our brand new, never released, white wines. Yes, we have included duplicate bottles of some wines. That is because you will be cooking with (and drinking) those wines, so we want to ensure you have plenty!

So, what do you need to participate in this wonderfully unique experience? It’s simple, you need about 60-90 minutes to join us on-line, an internet connection and the InVINtions con Italia a Maggio package:

  • 1 Bottle of Dry Viognier
  • 1 Bottle of Bianco Delicato
  • 1 Bottle of Cure
  • 2 Bottles of Trifecta
  • 2 Bottle of Sangiovese
  • 1 Bottle of B.C. Pinot
  • 1 Bottle of Super Tuscan
  • 2 Bottles of Langhe Rege Nebbiolo
  • Your Choice of 1 Bottle of Cafe Sucre or Crème Brûlée Port

Due to the popular demand of the previous package, we have tried to anticipate the interest in this event. The wine is somewhat limited, so call the winery today to secure your package or individual class--303-799-9463.

What's on the Menu, and What About Allergies?

We will making things like: Traditional Sausage Ragu, Roman Amatriciana Sauce, Classic Pesto, Saltimbocca, Gnocchi, Pizza and Pasta Dough, Biscotti, Focaccia and more.

This time, you get your own ingredients, so you can control and modify for specific allergies. When Chef Lucas can give us a modification for your shopping list, he will. If you were on the call last weekend, you know that he said it is difficult to give gluten free modifications for different dough making (due to the difference in gluten free flours in Italy versus here). So, where gluten free modifications cannot be made, Chef Lucas has built the menus so you can buy your own preferred pastas and dough.

What if I Don't Want to Commit to 4 Sunday's in May?

No problem!  We would suggest still buying the entire InVINtions con Italia a Maggio package because it is the best deal. All the sessions will be recorded, so you can watch them later.

Or, you can join us for an Al a Carte class.  Here are the details and pricing for individual classes:

Week 1 ($75, delivery not included) –

  • Menu:
    • Sausage ragu with Sangiovese and Mascarpone
    • Cantucci biscotti making –
  • Wines:
    • 2 Bottles of Sangiovese
    • Your Choice of 1 Bottle of Cafe Sucre or Crème Brûlée Port

Week 2 – A Day with Mom ($58, delivery not included) –

  • Menu:
    • Pizza & Pasta dough making, along with a little extra fun to enjoy with mom on Mother’s Day!
    • Traditional Italian Pesto Making
  • Wines:
    • 1 Bottle of Dry Viognier
    • 1 Bottle of B.C. Pinot

Week 3 ($65, delivery not included) –

  • Menu:
    • Traditional Roman Amatriciana Sauce
    • Chicken Saltimbocca alla Romana
  • Wines:
    • 1 Bottle of Super Tuscan
    • 2 Bottles of Trifeca

Week 4 ($82, delivery not included) –

  • Menu:
    • Gnocchi alla Sorrentina
    • Focaccia Making
  • Wines:
    • 2 Bottles of Langhe Rege Nebbiolo
    • 1 Bottle of Pecorino
