The Tasting Room is Officially Re-Opened!

After an amazing "test" re-launch with our Wine Club Members this past weekend, we are excited to announce that the Tasting Room is officially re-open for walk-ins and reservations. There are a few caveats, so please keep reading...

How Are You Able to Re-Open?

We are in compliance with the Statewide Guidance for Restaurants and Food Service, issued on May 24, which is part of the Safer-at-Home Executive Order. As part of the procedures, the winery will follow certain requirements and guidelines intended to protect the health and safety of you, our valued customers, fans and Members as well as our Winery Family of employees. We ask that you help us protect our business, our licenses, your fellow customers and our Winery Family of employees by following these guidelines so that we can continue to operate and give you the best service and wine in the world, made right here in Colorado.

Do I Need a Reservation?

No, but there is a caveat. Please know that in order to adhere to the State regulations and CDC Guidelines, we are currently operating with mandated capacity limits. Those limits mean that all of our seating must be at least 6 feet apart, and you can only sit with up to 8 people you know!

So, the Tasting Room is open for walk-ins and reservations during our original, normal, hours from Wednesday thru Saturday, Noon until 8:00 p.m.! However, due to the State and CDC mandated cleaning requirements, for now, the winery will close on Fridays and Saturdays at 5:30 p.m. for cleaning, and will re-open at 6:00 p.m. on both nights for reservations only.

What's the punchline? Come see us anytime during regular hours, but if you are coming over on a Friday or Saturday, we will be closed from 5:30-6:00 p.m. If you want to join us at 6:00 p.m. on Fridays or Saturdays, please make a reservation!

One more thing... while reservations are only required on Fridays and Saturdays at the 6:00 p.m. time slot, if you know ahead of time that you would like to come-in, please make a reservation. This allows us to be ready for you and give you great service. It also helps us plan seating while we are subject to capacity restrictions.

Do You Have Outdoor Seating?

Yes, we are excited to announce that we have a temporary "patio" in place in the parking lot. That allows us to accommodate more of you (on top of our 50 people indoor capacity limit). However, the patio is very dependent on the crazy Colorado summer weather, so please keep that in mind!

What if I Just Want to Have a Quick Glass of Wine at the Bar?

Please stop-in, but just remember that due to the current State Regulations, we are unable to provide any Bar service at this time. So, if you are a party of 1 or 2, please come-in at a time other than during our Fridays and Saturdays 6:00 p.m. reservations only time slots! If the weather is nice, and the patio is operational, you can always enjoy a glass on the patio in lieu of sitting at the bar!

This is Exciting, I Have a Groupon I've Been Wanting to Use!

We are not quite ready to start seating Groupon reservations. There is a lot of interaction and talking during the Groupon tastings. We are finding that it is difficult both to talk through the masks, and for guests to hear our Tasting Room Ambassadors through those same masks. So, we are still working to perfect how Groupon reservations can be best accommodated while capacity restrictions and mask requirements are in place. It won't be long, so stay tuned, and in the meantime rest assured that once we are seating Groupon reservations again, we will honor your Groupon, including those that have expired during the shut-downs.

How Do I Wear a Mask and Taste Wine?

Here is the good news... you are not required to wear a mask. That decision is entirely up to you and your comfort level. In consideration of other winery guests, we are recommending that you wear a mask when entering or exiting the premises, or moving around our facility, such as going to the restroom, but under the State regulations and CDC Guidelines, we leave that decision entirely up to you and your comfort level.

Are You Going to Take My Temperature?

No, we are not Doctors or Medical Professionals. We leave that to them. Here is what we ask of you... Please do not come-in if you are experiencing any of the symptoms of COVID-19, or even the common cold. If you feel fine, but think you have a temperature, take it yourself, and DO NOT come-in if you are experiencing a fever of 100.4-degrees or higher.

We Keep Seeing "State Regulations" and "CDC Guidelines," so What Should We Expect when We Come in?

Yes, lots and lots of regulations, but we are working hard to make sure we keep you safe while still making this as normal of an experience as we can for you! Here are a few things to think about/look for when you come in:

  • The tables will be spaced in accordance with the regulations. We do ask you to stay at your table and not move around the winery other than to use the facilities, or to work with our production team on making/bottling your wine.

  • We are collecting customer information, during each visit, for purposes of contact tracing. Again, like wearing a mask, this is completely voluntary, and entirely up to you if you would like to be included on this list.

  • All of the Winery Family of employees will be going through health screenings multiple times a day and will be wearing a mask at all times. Our Team will also be adhering to strict hand washing timing and procedures.

  • We have always had rigid cleaning procedures in place (you know how clean our bathrooms have always been), and we'll be stepping-up that cleaning even more. We will be efficient and thorough, but please be patient with us if you encounter a bathroom closed for cleaning, or a slight delay in between reservation times. We have put these procedures in place to protect you!

The Most Important Thing to Know...

We are EXCITED to see you and spend time with you! We want to help everyone get back to a positive routine of being out and socializing while also being safe.

Remember, while we are pleased to welcome you for a walk-in, if your schedule accommodates it, please call us at (303) 799-WINE to make a reservation! It helps us serve you better.

With much love and care,
Marcus & The InVINtions, A Creative Winery Family
