June Tasty Tuesday Wine Pairing Recipe
Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches and InVINtions' Sangiovese Rose

Whipped Feta Dip featuring InVINtions' Pinot Grigio
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2Tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1C & 2 Tbsp hot sauce
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless & skinless
- 4 oz panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 C flour
- 1 stick of butter
- 1/8 C white vinegar
- 1 T. ranch dressing mix
- 4 brioche buns
- 1/4 C shredded carrot
- 1/4 C chopped celery
- 4 slices pepperjack cheese
- iceberg lettuce
Directions:
Step 1: Use a meat tenderizer to pound each chicken breast uniform in thickness, about 3/4" thick.
Step 2: In a large dish with sides blend eggs, mayonnaise & 2 Tbsp. hot sauce until well mixed.
Step 3: In a separate large dish with sides mix panko, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and flour. Preheat air fryer or oven to 400 degrees.
Step 4: Pat each chicken breast dry with a paper towel, dip into the egg mixture then into the panko mixture, patting the panko mixture on.
Step 5: Spray the grate of the fryer insert or pan with cooking spray. Bake chicken, turning the middle of cook time, for 16 minutes. Check for internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Step 6: While chicken is cooking, heat butter, vinegar, ranch seasoning, and 1 C. hot sauce in a small saucepan or microwave safe bowl. Stir.
Step 7: Dip each chicken breast in buffalo sauce mixture. Place on brioche bun and top with cheese, lettuce, chopped celery, and grated carrot.
