Water 2 Wine-DTC Adds Another Medal to its Portfolio

Visit Us on the Web – Click Here Water 2 Wine – DTC is again elated to announce that its Award Winning Winemaker, Michael Anderson, was just awarded another medal for one of his wines, bringing his medal count to three for 2012.  One of Michael's newer wines, the Petit Verdot, is now the recipient of a Gold Medal in the 2012 Denver International Wine Competition. The Denver International Wine Competition, put on by Wine Country International magazine, is the largest double-blind, professionally judged wine competition in the Rocky Mountain region.  Additionally, it is the only competition focused on international wines that hosts a post competition event specifically to showcase the Gold medal winning wines - The Taste of Elegance Chefs Food & Wine Competition.  Michael Anderson along with Water 2 Wine-DTC's Tasting Room Manager/Guru, Dede Schuringa, and Owner, Marcus Tipton, will all be at this event pouring the new Gold Medal winner Petit Verdot. Michael is proud to add this medal to his 2012 collection, which includes: a Bronze Best of Fest Medal from the Colorado Mountain Winefest, a Silver Medal from the Pacific Rim Wine Competition, and now this Gold Medal.  The Petit Verdot is a favorite of winery Owner, Marcus Tipton, who commented on this recent win, "Michael is a regular Olympian!  We are thrilled to honor him and proud that he continues to be honored by the industry at large for his delicious and award winning wines." Not surprisingly, Water 2 Wine-DTC reports that the Petit Verdot is currently unavailable.  Michael reported, "the day after we received Gold, we hosted our fourth quarter Wine Club party, and the wine flew out the door!"  Michael expects to have the Petit Verdot back on the shelf by the middle of October, so reserve your bottles now!
