Turkey, beef, chicken or veggie; spicy, mild or 5-alarmer - who's chili will win?

Sign up today for the first ever InVINtions’ chili cook-off. Get your chili ready as you compete to win the coveted "Miglior Peperoncino Award,” which will be decided by guest celebrity, Chef Lucas Migliorelli. 

The entry fee to compete is the purchase of your choice of two bottles of InVINtions’ wine.  Why two?  Well, one you MUST use in your competition chili, and the other bottle will be “pooled” with all chili combatants to make up the grand prize.  Yes, the winner will receive a bottle of wine from each other competitor!  When the event sells out, that means the winner will receive 15 bottles of wine.

The competition is limited to 15 entries, and participants must sign-up here and purchase their bottles no later than November 2.  “Stations” must be set-up by 5:30pm and participants should be ready to have their chili served from 6pm to 7:30pm. The winners will be announced at 8pm.

A reservation to compete is good for two people.  If you have friends or family who would like to join you, please have them sign-up for a chili taster package!

Don’t want to compete?  Just want to taste some amazing chili?  Join us!  A “People’s Choice Award” will also be awarded at the end of the evening, so come be a part of the fun and fall festivities!  Taste great chili and drink amazing wine.  Chili taster packages are $40 per couple and include a bottle of pre-selected wine to take home.

Each contestant must cook a gallon (four quarts) of chili (one regular crock pot), and may bring things to garnish their chili.

InVINtions will provide: disposable bowls, utensils, napkins, tables and/or counter space for set up, power for crock pots, etc.

Chili is blind judged on Aroma, Eye Appeal, Taste, and Overall Satisfaction.
